Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style sweet corn
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning of your choice; we use Victoria Gourmet Cinnamon Chile 

Instructions: (preheat oven to 350*)

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, does not matter order,
  2. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour 15 minutes 
  3. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled but you may need to increase baking time.
