Creamed Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style sweet corn
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning of your choice; we use Victoria Gourmet Cinnamon Chile
Instructions: (preheat oven to 350*)
- Mix all of the ingredients together, does not matter order,
- Bake uncovered for about 1 hour 15 minutes
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled but you may need to increase baking time.
