Description:Vindaloo is a Indian curry dish and is notorious for being very spicy. This vindaloo blend is more mild with only a hint of chili. Use 1 tablespoon per 1 pound of meat for seasoning and combine with oil to make a marinade.
To add to a curry use 1 tablespoon per 4 cups of liquid.
