Shawarma Sauce

Our Middle Eastern Shawarma is a deeply layered aromatic marinade with notes of citrus and warm spices.  An almost perfect pairing for simple grilled or roasted chicken, a shawarma meal is elevated further by the layering of traditional Middle Eastern sides - think yogurt, pita, hummus - think in the terms of a gyros or a donner kebab.  Shawarma is a favorite go to cuisine and weeknight meal for us.
