Broiled Salmon Filet
Preheat broiler on high. Rinse 1 1/2 lbs. salmon filet under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the salmon on a foil covered broiler pan or cookie sheet skin side down. Moisten the fish with 2 Tbsp. olive oil then coat it with the 2 Tbsp. Seafood Seasoning. Broil, watching carefully, for 10 minutes or longer for a thick filet. Squeeze a lemon wedge on the salmon before serving and add salt to taste. Salmon is a rich and flavorful fish, so serve it with white or brown rice and a seasonal vegetable.
