Victoria's Classic Moroccan Hummus
Combine the following ingredients in a food processor: one 7 3/4 oz. can chick peas, drained, 2 tsp. Victoria Taylor's Moroccan Seasoning, 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and salt to taste. Pulse the mixture until it's fairly smooth. Make this ahead of time so that it can sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors combine. Garnish with finely chopped red onion if desired. Serve with pita bread or any crusty bread or crackers.
