Mild/Medium is Cayenne-Habanero based is considered on the milder end of the heat scale. 2024 Best Louisiana Style Hot Sauce at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo

Medium /Hot is Habanero based and is on the hotter end of the scale for habanero. The new label is Red to distinguish from the mild/medium.

Extra Garlic is our Cayenne-Habanero based hot sauce with more garlic! 

2025: We not only won the Screaming MiMi Award for Best Louisiana Style Hot Sauce for our Extra Garlic but it won GRAND WORLD CHAMPION!
